Hue used to be served as an imperial capital to the Nguyen Lords from the 17th to the 19th century. With splendid emperors’ tombs, ancient pagodas and the remains of the Citadel, the city retains its royal charm.
 
From 1802 to 1945 Hue was home of 13 Nguyen emperors, whose palaces and tombs provide fascinating glimpses at the luxurious and secretive world of the court.
 
Experiencing this tour, you will explore the beauty of the Ancient Capital which is well-known with the splendid emperors’ tombs, ancient pagodas and Imperial Citadel.

Available Itinerary

This morning, set off from your hotel with a 10-minute cyclo ride from your hotel to the Imperial Citadel including Hue Capital Citadel, Royal Citadel and Forbidden Citadel.
 
Continue to Thien Mu Pagoda, which is considered as the symbol of Hue.
 
Lunch is served at Ancient Hue Restaurant. 
 
In the afternoon, visit King Khai Dinh’s Tomb, the last Mausoleum built during the Nguyen Dynasty
 
Continue to King Tu Duc's Tomb which is considered as one of the most beautiful and picturesque and largest works of architecture of Nguyen Dynasty’s royal palaces and tombs.
 
Drive back to your hotel after tour.
