Job Description:
- Daily contact with clients
- Create new products
- Renew prices for each 3 months
- Make sure price renewing should be done at least 3 months before the date
- Contact with suppliers to get updated prices
- Follow up with client for uupdated quota to know which groups are about to confirm
- Follow up the confirmed groups
- Co-operate with Operations to book services for confirmed groups
- Co-operate with Accounting to push payment for confirmed groups
- Lead the inspection trip of clients
- Handle works of other colleagues when they are off
- Join company's FAM trip
- Join company's activities
- Join company's training courses
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese speaking and writing
- Cost controling skill
- Negotiation skill
- Good at using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for quotation
- Good at communication skill
- Know how to set priorities and time management
- Ability to compete tasks on deadline
- Ability to set target of a task and reach the target
