Job Description:
- Daily contact with clients
- Create new products and upload to 4U web
- Update the hotel and transportation tariffs
- Update new products to clients
- Update new products on 4U server
- Follow up the confirmed groups
- Co-operate with Operations to book services for confirmed groups
- Co-operate with accounting to push payment for confirmed groups
- Lead the inspection trip of clients
- Join company's FAM trip
- Join company's activities
- Join company's training courses
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English or Chinese speaking and writing
- Experienced in tourism, specialized on product or sales
- Good at using Microsoft Office
- Good at communication skill
- Ability to research and categorize data
- Pro-active
- Ability to make plans
- Ability to follow the plans & reach the deadlines
- Time management skill
- Team working skill
