Job Description:

• Daily contact with clients
• Contact with suppliers to get offers
• Create new products
• Update new products on 4U server
• From current database, send new products to clients
• Do the proposal and costing for new requests
• Lead the inspection trip of clients
• When a booking is confirmed, be a Program Manager to escort the group
• Co-operate with Operations to book services for confirmed bookings
• Co-operate with Accounting to push payment for confirmed bookings
• Handle works of other colleagues when they are off
  • Join company's FAM trip
  • Join company's activities
  • Join company's training courses

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English speaking and writing (can use both English and Chinese is preferred)
• Creative
• Hard working (overtime)
• Healthy and active
• Good at decision making
• Good at management skill
• Know how to set priorities and time management
• Good at communication skill
• Good at using Microsoft Office
• Searching ability
• Know how to use AutoCad and Corel is a strength
• Sales skill
• Ability to complete tasks on deadline
• Ability to set target of a task and reach the target
